Irene leads a global team of consultants and managers responsible for delivering custom solutions and answers to our clients. Irene is also a key member of the Consulting leadership team and leads its research strategy, promoting a client-centric mindset and accordant actions.

Irene advises clients and key stakeholders across a range of industries including tourism, packaging and beauty and personal care, assessing consumer trends and their impact on market landscape, growth opportunities and marketing strategy.

Irene started her career in consumer custom research for largely public sector clients in APAC and has garnered valuable international experience and relationships during her work in Hong Kong, Dubai, London and Singapore.
