Cigarettes in Hong Kong continued to be dominated by three major international companies in 2023. Philip Morris Asia Ltd, British American Tobacco Co (Hong Kong) Ltd, and Japan Tobacco (Hong Kong) Ltd held a combined 96% retail volume share at the end of the review period.
